Acceptance of terms

By using brightsize.io (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Brightsize Automation (“Brightsize”), a DBA of Qualified Local Leads LLC, Clovis, California.

What the Site is for

The Site describes Brightsize's services and lets you book a free call or send a message. Any paid work is agreed separately, in a written proposal or statement of work, and those documents govern it.

Content on the Site is general information, not legal, tax, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.

Your submissions and consent to contact

When you book a call or send a message, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that Brightsize may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry. Text messages are sent only if you opt in, as described below.

SMS program terms

• Program: Brightsize Automation appointment and inquiry messages.
• What's sent: confirmations and reminders for your free call, and follow-ups about your inquiry.
• How you join: by checking the text-message box on the booking form (the “Book a free call” button on any page of brightsize.io) or on the contact form at brightsize.io/#contact. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: text STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed.
• Help: text HELP, email jake@brightsize.io, or call (559) 314-0288.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see the Privacy policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no spam, automated scraping of forms, attempts to break its security, or unlawful use.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, diagrams and the Brightsize name and logo belong to Brightsize. You may share links to the Site, but not copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

Booking, forms and messages run on third-party services (GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Vercel). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided as is. Brightsize works to keep it accurate and available but doesn't promise it will always be either.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Brightsize is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
