Privacy policy

Introduction

This policy explains how Brightsize Automation (“Brightsize”), a DBA of Qualified Local Leads LLC in Clovis, California, collects, uses and protects information when you visit brightsize.io (the “Site”), book a call, or send a message through the Site.

What information Brightsize collects

• Information you give: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, Google Business Profile link, and anything you write in a message or booking form.
• Booking details: the time you choose and the answers you give in the booking form.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages, the exact consent wording you saw, its version, the time, and the IP address it was given from.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, collected in aggregate by the hosting provider's analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

How Brightsize uses your information

• To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and hold your free call.
• To reply to your message and follow up about your inquiry.
• To prepare for your call, for example by reviewing your public Google Business Profile and website.
• To keep the Site secure and working, including blocking spam.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message box on a form, Brightsize may send you text messages about your inquiry, including appointment reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call or buying anything.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text-message consent collected through this Site are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only by Brightsize and the service providers below that deliver the messages for Brightsize.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing jake@brightsize.io or calling (559) 314-0288.

How Brightsize shares information

Brightsize does not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the Site and its booking:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): scheduling, contact records, email and text messages.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot.
• Vercel: hosting and basic, aggregate analytics.

Information may also be disclosed when the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information Brightsize holds about you by emailing jake@brightsize.io. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. Brightsize will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Retention

Inquiry and booking records are kept while they are needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show that consent was given.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to contact records is limited to Brightsize. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security can't be guaranteed.

Children

The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
